Refund Policy:
Digital Services:
Refunds are generally not available for digital marketing services once work has commenced.
For prepaid services (e.g., monthly retainers), clients may cancel within 7 days of payment to receive a partial refund based on the work completed.
No refunds are provided after 30 days from the start date of any service.
Subscription Services:
Subscriptions for recurring services can be canceled at any time but refunds will only apply to the unused portion of the subscription.
Any work completed up to the point of cancellation will be deducted from the refund.
Website and App Development:
Once design and development begin, refunds are only provided for unapproved phases of the project.
Cancellations after final approval stages will not qualify for refunds.
Exceptional Circumstances:
